An apprenticeship offer entitled "Apprentice Digital Solutions Manager (M/F)" has just opened within Sustainabilitity and Communications on Toulouse Blagnac site.
You will join the Digital Office department in charge of driving digitalisation of Sustainability and Communications, identifying and providing value-driven solutions to our stakeholders, designing and developing solutions as part of a multi-year product portfolio. We leverage technology, but we also bring color into the corporate world: we co-create new ways of working, seek new opportunities and bring change.
We lead the Digital Portfolio for Communications, including digital platforms to support External Communications (Web and Social Media), Internal Communications, Events and Exhibitions management, Editorial and Audiovisual content management.
This apprenticeship will consist in supporting the adoption of Digital Platforms for Communications.
This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 2 or 3 years.
Tasks and responsibilities:
You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities:
- Support adoption of Digital platforms for Comms
- Animate community of practices with users representatives
- Design users trainings and documentation
- Be the voice of customers, gather needs and opportunities to improve our Digital Solutions and ways of working
- Promote the Digital office, tools and expertises through internal websites, newsletters, events.
- Participate in upcoming digital projects
Skills & Prerequisites:
You will integrate a BAC+ 5 level training in the field of Digital Marketing or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 2 or 3 years.
You have the following knowledge and skills:
Understanding of Marketing/Digital Communication operational strategy
Understand the challenges and opportunities of Digital Marketing
Manage and measure the effectiveness of a digital campaign
High operational level mastery of traditional and digital marketing and communication tools
Mastery of the fundamentals of project management
Collaboration, empathy, communication
Language skills:
English: advanced
French: intermediate
Our selection process

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted.
The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
