Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau Bac+5 dans le domaine du Management de la qualité, de l'ingénierie aéronautique ou tout autre domaine connexe pour un apprentissage d'une durée de 1, 2 ou 3 ans.
Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :
Maîtrise des processus de communication technique avec les clients
Compréhension des systèmes aéronautiques
Gestion de la qualité et de la conformité
Compétences en gestion de projet sont un plus
Maîtrise des outils informatiques classiques sous Google (docs, slides, forms, g-site?)
Soft Skills :
Réactivité et proactivité
Apprentissage rapide et résolution de problèmes
Esprit analytique et critque
Sens du détail et remise en question des processus existants
Compétences linguistiques :

An apprenticeship offer entitled "Apprentice in Single Aisle Customer Quality Management (f/m)" has just opened within Airbus Commercial at its Toulouse - Saint-Martin site.
You will join an experienced team of 11 members of the QSCC (based in Toulouse and Hamburg) responsible for leading the main technical communications with all single aisle customers, including dedicated support to a number of important customers, managing the end-to-end process from identification to resolution of quality findings, including RFIs, QSRs, etc., digital innovation, and MFT leaders for resolving irritants of important customers and repetitive items.
This apprenticeship will help you develop while learning and evolving at the heart of Airbus' core business, namely single aisles.
This apprenticeship will start in September 2024 for a duration of 1, 2, or 3 years.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Under the guidance of your mentor, you will develop your skills by working on the following activities:
Contribute to developing digital capabilities around Fleet View, Repetitive Items, Performance dashboard, digital content writing, website management, etc.
Learn Airbus' production and customer service processes and contribute to managing QSR (Quality Survey Report) activities.
Learn and contribute to the implementation of the RFI to event process where you will learn and take charge of quality escape issues.
With the above activities, you will be able to establish relationships with an energetic and diverse network and experience working in an international, operational, and customer-centric environment focused on the highest quality and safety standards of our in-service and production aircraft.
Skills & Prerequisites:
You will integrate a Bac+5 level training in Quality Management, Aeronautical Engineering, or any other related field for an apprenticeship duration of 1, 2, or 3 years.
You have the following knowledge and skills:
Mastery of technical communication processes with customers
Understanding of aeronautical systems
Quality and compliance management
Project management skills are a plus
Proficiency in standard Google tools (docs, slides, forms, g-site, etc.)
Soft Skills:
Reactivity and proactivity
Quick learning and problem-solving
Analytical and critical thinking

Language Skills:
English: Fluent

Depending on the offers available, you may be required to travel.
