We are looking for a Sustainability Regulatory Intelligence analyst (m/f) to join our Sustainability Regulatory Intelligence and Services team, and more especially work on Due Diligence related topics, based in Toulouse, France.
As part of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely identification of relevant requirements linked to Sustainability due diligence for the company, monitoring and contributing in enhancing Airbus' environmental performance, supporting compliance and achieving sustainability objectives.
The successful candidate will be in charge of
monitoring regulatory trends and requirements and policies related to corporate sustainability due diligence, including those relating to human rights,
guide Airbus' teams in understanding existing obligations and policies in this area and its future developments at international level, European Union level and national level (if necessary).

Your challenges:
Monitor and identify existing and evolving policies, laws, regulations, standards, external requirements and trends in the area of Sustainability Due Diligence, applicable to Airbus operations, current and future Airbus' products, services, value chain and their ecosystem worldwide (particularly but not limited to international level, Europe, UK, USA, China and Canada).
Contributing to clarifying, advising, guiding and assisting Airbus decision-making bodies, management, functions and specific projects teams
Consolidate corporate sustainability due diligence obligations coming from specific corporate sustainability due diligence policies, laws, regulations, standards, external requirements and trends. In order to provide a global understanding of corporate sustainability due diligence obligations and their possible evolution, you will notably ensure coordination within the team to identify relevant due diligence requirements within other scope of activities which shall later be integrated and consolidated in the corporate sustainability due diligence overall picture.
Contribute to the research and drafting of regulatory dossiers, briefings, notes, memorandums, internal methods, transcription of requirements for Airbus decision-making bodies, management, functions and specific projects teams.
Identify relevant regulatory consultation and contribute towards drafting Airbus external positioning strategies relating to due diligence regulatory developments in cooperation with other Airbus' stakeholders (e.g. relevant functions, public affairs, corporate affairs). This position will request external representation before, for example, trade associations and regulatory authorities on an ad-hoc basis.
To create and maintain databases relevant for regulatory monitoring and anticipation as requested.
Your boarding pass:
Master's degree level (or equivalent) in Sustainability / Corporate social responsibility / Law
At least 8 years of experience in a multinational company or law firm, with experience in analysing regulatory requirements
Ability to lead defined activities within a team and with various stakeholders in a fast-paced and demanding environment;
Knowledge and understanding of the on-going context of corporate sustainability due diligence regulatory developments.
Knowledge of the EU regulatory process. Knowledge of other jurisdictions' regulatory processes and/or international relations would be an advantage.
