We are looking for a Sustainability Regulatory Intelligence analyst (m/f) to join our Sustainability Regulatory Intelligence and Services team, and more specifically work within the team's Climate, Energy and Biodiversity stream, based in Toulouse, France.
As part of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely identification of relevant sustainability-related requirements for the company, monitoring and contributing to enhancing Airbus' sustainability performance and objectives, and supporting compliance.

Your challenges:
Monitoring and identifying existing and evolving policies, laws, regulations, standards, external requirements and trends in the areas of climate change, energies and fuels, new technologies, the transition to a low carbon economy, biodiversity, air pollution, ozone protection, noise and other related areas, applicable to future and current Airbus' products, services, value chain and their ecosystem worldwide (particularly but not limited to international level, Europe, UK, USA, China and Canada) and thus contribute to the sustainability regulatory intelligence process, compliance and objectives.
Contributing to clarifying, advising, guiding and assisting Airbus decision-making bodies, management, functions and specific project teams.
Contributing and supporting the research and drafting of regulatory dossiers, briefings, notes, memorandums, internal documentation, transcription of requirements for Airbus decision-making bodies, management, functions and specific projects teams.
Identifying relevant regulatory topics to be addressed in sectorial and/or professional forums and supporting the teams representing Airbus in such forums (e.g. relevant functions, public affairs, corporate affairs). This position may require external representation before, for example, trade associations and regulatory authorities on an ad-hoc basis.
To create and maintain databases relevant for regulatory monitoring and anticipation as requested.
Your boarding pass:
At least 5 years of professional experience
As minimum, master's degree (or equivalent) in engineering, environmental sciences, economics, sustainability, law with specialisation on environment, climate, energy and/or related areas.
Experience in undertaking research and conducting analysis on climate policy, energy, biodiversity, air pollution and noise. Knowledge of the aerospace industry would be an advantage.
Knowledge and understanding of the on-going context of policies and regulations related to the matters managed by the Climate stream.
Knowledge of energy markets, new fuels and technologies considered an asset.
Analytical and synthetic skills, including capacity to summarise complex problems.
Stakeholder engagement and management skills, including influencing and negotiation skills.
Great team spirit and collaboration skills.
Excellent writing and speaking communication skills. Capacity to draft clear presentations for different audiences.
Capacity to organise, prioritise and to work under tight deadlines.
Ability to work in a multi-functional and multi-cultural context.
Project management skills and a process-driven approach will be considered an asset.
Mandatory: English negotiation level.
French, Spanish, German, Chinese will be considered an asset.
