Compétences en communication, convaincantes et affirmées, en particulier avec les représentants des fournisseurs et les parties prenantes internes

An apprenticeship offer entitled "Apprenti(e) en Achats et Approvisonnement (f/h) " has just opened within Airbus Commercial in Toulouse. You will join the Cabin Procurement service in charge of supporting the HBCplus connectivity solution and support all its purchasing and negotiating initiatives.
This apprenticeship will consist in supporting the buyer activities in the whole Procurement Process and participate in Suppliers onboarding into the HBCplus project.
This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 2 years.
Tasks and responsibilities:
You will be under the responsibility of a tutor who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities:
1 - You will support your tutor on her buyer's activities:
- Support contracts negotiation for all Aircraft programmes, ensuring suppliers' contract fulfillment and compliance of decisions with Airbus strategy and procedures
- Contribute to supplier relationship within a worldwide market, securing satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders
- Support Implementation of Project strategies and negotiations in line with the multi-functional team and in an innovative environment
- Monitor the performance of the suppliers in line with the contractual requirements
2- You will participate and/or lead specific internal projects to improve PCS team's day to day work by offering them a wide-variety of key information and tools. You will also support and overwatch the full implementation of Procurement standards (QlikSense dashboards, ?)
Skills & Prerequisites
You will integrate a BAC+ 5 level training in the field of Purchasing & Supply Chain, Business administration or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 2 years.
You have the following knowledge and skills:
Good contract and international negotiation knowledge
Communication skills, convincing and assertive, especially with suppliers' representatives, and internal stakeholders
Proactive and constructive mindset, ability to foster collaboration in a multi-functional and cultural environment, being a real team player
- Language skills:
English: negotiation level
French: intermediate level
Our selection process
All applications are reviewed by a recruiter.
If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager/tutor if your application is shortlisted.
The manager/tutor will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
