Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Assistant for the E&C team (F/M) to join our team based in Toulouse, France.
Description of the job:

As Assistant for the E&C team, you will be supporting the HO department and his managers and team members in their daily activities.
Your Challenges:
Manage complex agenda for the HO department
Anticipate agenda needs & manage meeting requests based on a 6-month vision
Facilitate and coordinate to avoid conflicts of agenda
Support HO department on the drafting of presentations to improve dept communication and increase visibility of E&C towards internal and external stakeholders;
Support the development of team know-how and information-sharing, including presentation materials, legal advice, memos, etc.
Support the preparation and control over LO budget
Support annual budget preparation process
Manage invoice receipt and payment of law firms and other service providers
Support the team members in dealing with their travels:
Booking and modification of travel plans
Support for expense claims
Support the team members in organization of events:
Organization of seminars and events in Toulouse
Correspondence with key stakeholders & participants in the event etc.
Contribute to the daily life of the department:
Launch orders in click'n buy tool
Handle specific requests linked to department's life
Be innovative in proposing alternative ways of doing things when deemed useful for department improvements
Your boarding pass:
Solid Assistant and organizational experience
Strong experience and good knowledge of Airbus organisation, tools (click n'buy, myTravel, my Travel Expenses ...) & processes
You are recognised for your autonomy and you are proactive
You are team player
You are energetic and willing to contribute to change
Excellent English level is mandatory
