An apprenticeship offer entitled "Apprenticeship in Digital Change Management (M/F)" has just opened within Airbus Hélicopters on Marignane site, near Marseille.
You will join the Digital Design and Manufacturing System (DDMS) project department who is in charge of creating a digital environment for collaborative design, testing, and qualification of products and systems, enhancing speed, efficiency, and quality.
This apprenticeship will consist of communication tasks and change management activities related to the implementation of DDMS technologies.
This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 1 or 2 years.
This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.
Tasks and responsibilities:
You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities:
Writing articles, content production for the Digital Communication Platform, coordination and logistic preparation for events; contribute to the elaboration of videos and organization of workshops
Prepare and Manage change Management Engagement Surveys
Contribute to the set-up of specific DDMS Center of Competences (develop partnership with start-ups)
Skills & Prerequisites:
You will integrate a BAC+ 4 level training in the field of communication or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1 or 2 years
You have the following knowledge and skills:
Proficiency in Google Suite.
Organized, inquisitive, and proactive.
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills.
Language skills:
English: fluent
French: advanced
