Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC+5 (ou dernière année Bac+3) dans
le domaine de la Communication et/ou Gestion de Projet pour un apprentissage d'une durée de 1 ou 2 ans.
Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes:
? Compétences en Gestion de la Communication (à l'aise avec les différentes techniques, outils et médias numériques) et en gestion de programme
? À l'aise en communication, capacité à travailler en collaboration et à être autonome dans le travail sur les projets
? Bonne capacité à travailler dans des équipes internationales et dans un environnement en évolution rapide
? Proactivité, fiabilité, curiosité et flexibilité
? Un style de travail pragmatique, structuré et analytique est nécessaire
Compétences linguistiques:

Il sera visionné puis partagé au manager du poste si votre candidature est présélectionnée en Short List. Tasks and responsibilities:
You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills and orientations of your tasks.
Your mission will be to propose, evaluate and implement different communication techniques, media and tools to meet our objectives: foster a strong team culture, be proud in what we do , allow a better knowledge transfer and capitalisation ?
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Event organization:
- Support in the organization of different team events all along the year(s), follow up to be on time
- During the event: propose animations to create the right mood and teamspirit ?
Support the launch of adhoc contests and surveys
Live communications
Monthly weblive communication with the teams to share information: which format, select the agenda, coordinate the preparation ?
Google Room of discussion animation
Website information update (Airbus HUB, G-site ?)
Weekly information reporting : format, interactivity
Interviews / movies of the people or team to highlight some achievements - Articles on a dedicated topic
G-site information
Update the Domain Communication Pack
Structure, enrich and update the main communication shareholders
Support to the leadership team on specific communication actions on a case by case
Support to prepare the material for general communication
Material for conferences ?
Training courses in Aircraft Operations
Some existing training courses could be refreshed to be more interactive and impactful.
You may be asked to travel for some specific tasks.
Skills & Prerequisites:
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:
Educated to a licence degree level in Communication and/or Project Management (Bac+3) - The apprenticeship to be started in September / October 2024 during a Master degree
Knowledge in Communication (comfortable with different technics, tools and digital medias) and in Programme Management basics
Curious and being innovative and creative
Good communication skills
Ability to be open and positive to interact with different people of the team ? Capacity to work in a collaborative manner and also to be autonomous in working on the projects
Good ability to work in international teams and fast-changing environment ? Proactivity and reliability
A flexible, pragmatic, structured and analytical style of work is necessary
Language skills:
English: negotiation/fluent
French: negotiation/fluent
Our selection process
All applications are reviewed by a recruiter.
If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted.
The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
