Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Technical Product Manager (f/m) to join our IM (Information Management) Infrastructures & Digital Platforms based in Marignane, France.

As part of the Identity and Access Management PSL (Product Service Line), you lead the Access IT Products, which sustain Authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), encryption and digital certificates aiming at deliver and deploy the solution, products and services with end-to-end accountability and you will manage the products lifecycle, both developing the products and operating them to meet operational SLA's  in close relationships with Airbus.

Your challenges:

As Technical Product Manager (f/m) , you will be accountable for the End to End Product lifecycle, from conception, design, industrialization, operation and retirement. 

It will led to the delivery of the following IM services:

Design, implement, and manage identity and access management solutions using PingFederate, PingID and F5 Access technologies.  

Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and support the architect on the definition of IAM strategies, authentication mechanisms, and access control policies.

Configure and administer PingFederate, PingID and F5 Access platforms, including integration with various target systems, user directories, and federation partners.

Develop and maintain identity provider (IdP) and service provider (SP) configurations for secure single sign-on (SSO) and federated authentication.

Implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions using PingFederate and PingID to enhance security and user experience.

Conduct access routine maintenance, reviews, audits, and assessments to identify and remediate any security vulnerabilities or non-compliance issues 

Monitor system logs and alerts, investigating and responding to potential security incidents in a timely manner.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to IAM and make recommendations for improvements.

Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding the proper usage of PingFederate, PingID and F5 tools and ensure adherence to established security policies and procedures.

Investigates/troubleshoots/remediates user-to-system and system-to-system access 

Participates in business continuity activities for the team and ensures security standards are met.

Covered all activities and operational tasks for all restricted perimeter.

To reach these objectives you have a key role of coordinator and facilitator working closely with all the IM and business stakeholders. You ensure their good level of contribution for both run & build activities.

Your profile:

Master's degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field

5 + years of experience in Access management and or equivalent significative experience

Strong expertise in PingFederate, PingID, and F5 platforms, including implementation, configuration, and administration, with various target systems, user directories, and federation partners

Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, protocols, and best practices (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).

Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory frameworks related to IAM, such as ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-63, or GDPR.

Strong knowledge of authentication mechanisms, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and secure token exchange.

Understanding of cryptographic processes (key management, seeding and PKI).

Knowledge of the ITIL framework

Team spirit and good relationship management as well as service mindedness and accountability are key values for this job position

Proven ability to work on high risk and complex integrated assignments.

Have the dual skills: Be autonomous and be team player

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.

French and English: fluent (german is a plus) 

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
