Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an IT Product Manager for its Agile Release Train (ART) (f/m) to join our My Portfolio and Project Management (MyPPM) Department based in Toulouse, France.
As the successful candidate, you'll join a dynamic team within the Information Management function, delivering solutions to Portfolio and Project Management for Airbus Commercial Aircraft and affiliates.

Your challenges:
Lead IT Product MFT teams alongside the trio to oversee the product lifecycle, encompassing development, operation, and meeting operational SLAs.
Manage Continuous Release Management and ensure operational excellence at the train level.
Ensure the involvement of an End User Advocate who understands user needs and usage patterns, facilitating solutions that cater to both.
Translate the known Product vision into a prioritized backlog aligned with the business product owner's objectives.
Define chargeback models for respective IT Products/Applications or Services.
Strategize and execute the go-to-market plan for the product and service line.
Manage the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), including budget allocation, forecasting, and identifying risks and opportunities.
Operate within the confines of internal and external regulations, blending Strategy, Organization, and Culture to foster an environment conducive to achieving results.
Inspire and motivate team members and stakeholders to foster self-reflection, self-management, communication, and teamwork.
Handle conflicts and negotiations to optimize outcomes for the business.
Define and develop the hierarchical objectives of the product using appropriate strategies, methods, and tools.
Engage stakeholders in governance to ensure efficient use of time, budget, and attainment of quality.
Integrate processes and personnel from other functions within matrix organizations.
Ensure effective assimilation of lessons learned, actively manage risks and opportunities, and oversee internal or external contract management.
