Descriptif mission

General Description

Position Summary: The candidate is responsible for ensuring the quality operations of SNSZ and performing inspections of the products. The candidate reports to the SNSZ Quality Director.

Responsibilities

As an SNSZ QA Inspector you will be responsible for the following:

Inspections of Products:

- Perform inspections that require strong technical familiarity in the maintenance processes. Including but not limited to:

o Aero material receiving inspection,

o in-process inspection,

o hidden inspection,

o final inspection and others links to ensure that the technical document and quality standards are met;

- Ensure the implementation of maintenance work as per the approved technical data;

Part145 QMS tasks:

- Receive, keep and distribute civil aviation regulations, its related documents issued by the Administration, including the relevant national standards.

- Implement the approved annual training plan of various maintenance personnel, by coordination with the HR staff.

- Follow the established procedures to evaluate the qualifications records of personnel who applying for authorization.

- Supervise the quarantine/scrapped area.

- Compile, revise and distribute the repair station manuals and procedures.

- As assigned by the quality director:

o Investigate and rectify the defects and deficiencies of the company that do not comply with the regulations of Part 145

o Review the maintenance capabilities as per internal work procedure

o Liaise with the Authorities for reporting changes, annual inspection/reports within the company

Participating in continuous improvement actions of the production process. Provoke the necessary changes following the experience acquired, the evolution of the state of the art and the requests for corrective actions. Performs additional duties as requested by the management personnel



Primary Objectives (including but not limited to the following)

o Identifying and report in real time all problems encountered and HSE risks to your manager and assist to find appropriate solutions

- To develop a common culture of quality basics throughout the company and ensure that observation of quality basics is consistent throughout every level of the organisation

- Identify areas and propose solutions, wherever possible, to reduce costs and maximise profit

- Deliver all tasks required by your leadership to a high standard on time and in full

- Will be expected to train other employees and report any failure

Profil recherché
Qualifications
- Mandatory
o At least 3-5 years' experience in aviation industry.
o Hold the CCAR66 license with its English level 3 above.
o Familiar with aviation maintenance MRO, civil aviation regulations, national or industry standards, professional knowledge, basic skills, work processes and knowledge of maintenance human factors.
o Be able to read and understand the English version maintenance documents, e,g, CMM, SI, AD/SB.
o Be able to travel for off-site maintenance tasks in and out of China.
o Be able to work on different shifts as assigned by the company.
o Good communication skill with authorities, customer, OEM and other departments.
o No significant maintenance errors in recent two years
o Strong interpersonal skills

? Autonomy in the respect of the modus operandi
? Appreciate to work in team, good relationship, attentive, rigorous and careful
o Knowledge of the repair or maintenance of aerostructures and/or seating products
o Basic English communication in both speech and written format
o Have a good standard of secondary education
o Chinese Citizen who is legally entitled to work in China
- Desirable
o Certified within the part-145 system, e.g. CCAR145, EASA145 and FAA145.
o Proven leadership skills and the ability to mobilize teams around a common goal and to work independently
