Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft looking for a Mixed Reality Group Product Manager (f/m) to join our Mixed Reality Platform based in Toulouse, France.

In this role, you will lead the product strategy and portfolio of Airbus Mixed Reality solutions across all domains and products, including Commercial Aircraft, Helicopters, Defense, and Space.

In the rapidly growing field of Real-Time 3D, you will also shape cross-product strategy definition involving IoT, Connected Aircraft, as well as End-to-End 3D, real estate, and other capacities leading to Digital Twin and Metaverse.

Join us and play a pivotal role in the next generation of Digital Engineering, Manufacturing, Support, Services, and Marketing by developing key applications for the aerospace industry on the next-generation digital Mixed Reality platform.

We design, develop, and deploy industrial Mixed Reality applications to fulfill augmented and virtual reality needs for aircraft visualization across Airbus aircraft, spacecraft, and helicopters. Working alongside highly skilled teams throughout the group, we address exciting challenges faced by leading industries.

Your challenges:

As the future Mixed Reality Product Manager, you will contribute actively to the industrial deployment and customer success of both AR and VR for Airbus Commercial, Airbus Helicopters, and Airbus Defense and Space.

Reporting directly to the Head of Platform across the group, you will lead a dedicated delivery team toward efficient operations for users worldwide, including internals and Airbus customers. This entails frequent presentations to management, ensuring KPI updates, product strategy alignment, and engagement with suppliers and partners worldwide.

Working within a multifunctional team in a large industrial IT ecosystem, you will provide continuous feedback to ensure rapid service implementation and progress toward long-term objectives.

Given the global nature of this role, you will travel frequently to engage with various business units across France, Europe, the USA, India, and the Asia-Pacific region.

Your main responsibilities as Mixed Reality Group Product Manager will include:

Defining and managing product strategy and relevant KPIs for a large digital product portfolio.

Identifying, reporting, and tracking key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout projects.

Generating platform synergy or growth through active opportunities scouting.

Driving roadmaps for end users, platform teams, and connections to Airbus backbones.

Prioritizing, budgeting, and allocating resources in line with business expectations.

Establishing delivery planning and ensuring timely and high-quality application delivery.

Aligning product managers in various digital domains toward value-driven product strategy.

Contributing to the definition and promotion of Mixed Reality product portfolio benefits at the group level.

Ensuring excellent communication of information at the group level and monitoring the global ecosystem.

Profil recherché

Your boarding pass:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field.

10 years of experience in Project Management and Product Management in the Industrial IT ecosystem.

5 years of experience in UNITY related product development and deployment.

Advanced knowledge of IT project management in industrial environments.

Proven experience in strategic reporting and delivery in digital platforms.

Ability to represent the team and company at international events and fairs.

Experience in AGILE development and project roadmap delivery.

Passion for quality documentation and project processes.

Effective time management and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in English.

Positive mindset, people-focused, and collaborative problem-solving orientation.

Additional useful skills:

Knowledge of PLM/PDM with end-to-end 3D management and optimization.

Experience in fleet management and car entertainment applications.
