Daher has announced the opening of a services centre in the Paris region, strengthening its support activities for TBM operators, who have traditionally been based at its site at Tarbes-Lourdes-Pyrénées airport.

The new facilities are located at Toussus-le-Noble platform. They comprise a workshop and offices located in hangar 111/112. This services centre is PART/FAR 145 approved by the EASA and the FAA. It will therefore be able to propose maintenance services to TBM operators, including scheduled inspections for TBM aircraft covered by Daher's maintenance contracts.

"With more than a dozen civilian TBMs based in the Paris region - plus the French Ministry of Defense's TBM fleet at the nearby Villacoublay Air Base - it was essential to offer our customers local maintenance services", declared Nicolas Chabbert, Senior Vice President of the Daher Airplane Business Unit in a press release. He specified that the new services centre at Toussus-le-Noble benefits from the direct support of Daher's TBM experts in engines, airframes, avionics and systems from its Tarbes facility.

Hugo Delpi, who is in charge of the TBM Service Center in Tarbes, will also be in charge of he new Toussus-le-Noble operation.
