The Dutch company AviationGlass & Technology (AGT) will now be able to propose its cabin fitting products in Europe and the United States without needing a dedicated STC or additional certification for their installations. In fact, the EASA modified its certification criteria last May with amendment No. 19 to the CS-25 specifications. These modifications, which have also been passed on by the FAA, have partly used the AGT certification strategy for glass-base product cabin elements. AviationGlass & Technology produces mirrors, window glass (internal lens) and decorative elements.
