AAR, the independent American maintenance company has just opened a spare parts warehouse at Dubai South airport (formerly Dubai World Central) in order to support the growth of operators in the region.
AAR recalls, for example, that it has recently signed a contract worth several million dollars to provide power-by-the-hour (PBH) component inventory management and repair services to the expanding airline flydubai.
AAR also won a contract to provide logistical support for the fleet of four C-130Hs of the Afghan Air Force.
