Field Application Engineer (H/F)

WHO ARE YOU ?

•    Min 5 years of experience in technical leadership, solution architect, development or similar preferably in Telco/IoT sector
•    Proven experience with the device to cloud solutions, in particular in all technologies (IC, HW, SW, OSI Protocols) relevant for IoT
•    Knowledge on device integration & testing
•    Strong knowledge of the IoT devices (firmware, OS, secure domain like TEE/TZ, security technologies and knowledge of secure IP/ROT, specific APIs/ protocols like MBED TLS-PSA API, SCP03 or SCP11,…)
•    Very good knowledge of cellular technologies 2G to 5G – standard, ecosystem, technology bricks and low power technologies NB-IoT, CAT-M1
•    Good knowledge of  SIM/eSIM cards technology  (GSMA standards SGP.22 and SGP.32, communication and security protocols)
•    Good knowledge Telecom Smart Card files structure, security and communication API
•    Good knowledge of all phases of software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, implementation, code review, testing, and release
•    Self-motivated, autonomous, with strong technical background
•    Passion for innovation and have a “think outside the box” mentality
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Able to work under pressure and manage priority as context evolved
•    Able to diagnose and resolving the problems

WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER :

The Field Application Engineer is a person responsible for design & support PoC for e2e trials, inside the IOT Vertical, encompassing the whole scope of an IOT use case, with server, card, IPAd/e, devices, modules.

She/he is key stakeholder during discussion with customers to define technical details and close follow-up until successful implementation.

The Field Application Engineer primary responsibilities are:

•    Close cooperation with Marketing and Product team to have good understanding of POCs strategy, marketing offers and be in line with the product development milestones and delivery
•    Build end to end reference packages – server, IPAd, devices/modules, card and ensure their end to end live validation
•    Participate customer's meetings to understand their needs and propose clear scope of the POC, milestones, end to end solution tested, propose pre-tested devices & modules, customer follow-up and support
•    Provide technical expertise and support to customer during integration of PoC
•    On-board customers on the IoT PoC platform
