Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Conformity & Attestation Support Level 3 IT Operations manager (f/m) to join our Configuration Management Product Service Line department based in Toulouse, France.
Configuration Management Product Service Line department is fully accountable for all Configuration management activities (project - using Safe methodology - and run-mode): Offer Management, Change Process, Configuration Steering, Data Distribution, Conformity and Attestation, including Traceability.
The job holder will be dedicated to Conformity & Attestation scope, which is a key domain having a direct impact on aircraft deliveries.

Your challenges:
Ensure timely resolution of Conformity & Attestation incidents:
Daily monitoring and resolution of incidents within the Conformity and Attestation domain.
Beyond incident resolution, identify bugs, create defect reports, and ensure traceability to prioritize bug fixes within the Product Increment framework, following SAFE/ART principles.
Lead or participate in the Red Team process to address issues impacting Conformity and Attestation tools, especially when they affect critical Airbus business activities like Section or Aircraft delivery.
Manage incidents, problems, changes, requests, and knowledge articles within the Servicenow application.
Proactively address issues and devise improvement plans in close collaboration with Conformity & Attestation ITOps.
Monitor the daily status of Conformity and Attestation applications, taking necessary actions to maintain application availability and data freshness objectives.
Identify recurring application availability issues and coordinate with project teams or the System Team to implement corrective measures.
Track incidents backlog and ensure timely resolution to meet Incident Management objectives, such as MTTR (Mean Time to Resolve), and propose improvement measures.
Contribute to projects led by the Conformity & Attestation team:
Collaborate with business analysts to capture business needs and contribute to or lead relevant topics aligned with ART priorities, including liaising with development teams.
Applications used in our scope:
Main applications within the Conformity & Attestation domain: SAP (PAC, PEA, PDA, PGI), MySI.
Other applications used in daily operations: MOPO, MyPortfolio, Servicenow, VersionOne, PLM Info Center, DP Dashboard, etc.
