Philippe Rochet, the President of Sabena technics and Olivier Savin, VP Customer Support & Services at Safran Nacelles, took the opportunity provided by the opening of the MRO Middle East exhition in Dubai to unveil the creation of a long-term partnership which seeks to develop new rapid intervention services for airlines, across the Safran group nacelles specialist's full product range.

Safran Nacelles will then be able to count on the French MRO company's "GO TEAM" services and support team, with its experts ready to be deployed as close as possible to airlines' operations around the world, such as to carry out time-sensitive and aircraft-on-ground (AOG) repairs.

For its part, Sabena technics has been deploying mobile personnel from Dubai for all types of intervention for over five years. This team, which features around fifty independent EASA Part 145-approved technicians, will be supported by the know-how and expertise of Safran Nacelles as an OEM as well as for its own repair services.

These "acrobats" as Olivier Savin calls them, provide a new dimension to the entire range of services which are already available in the Safran Nacelles NacelleLife offer, increasing the company's intervention capacities worldwide, while the number of its products in service continues to grow.
