AAR has announced that it has acquired from Hawaiian Island Air all of its ATR spare parts as well as dedicated tooling. The operator based in Honolulu has indeed decided to replace its fleet of ATR 72 in favor of the Q400. His last ATR left the fleet in September. This is the first purchase of a dedicated ATR inventory since that obtained from ACLAS Global as part of a PBH agreement with ASL. AAR states that the new parts will be integrated into its ATR supply chain and positioned at these various distribution centers in the United States, Singapore and Hanover. |
