The Swiss MRO company has announced the appointments of Jean-Marc Lenz as Chief Operating Officer and Michael Sattler as Chief Commercial Officer.
Jean-Marc Lenz takes over from Frank Walschot who has just joined the HNA group. Jean-Marc Lenz had been Head of Engine Services branch since March 2015.
Michael Sattler had been director of the Aircraft Services activity. The HNA group is due to take on 80% of the Swiss major MRO company's capital, with Mubadala keeping the remaining 20%.
SR Technics also annonced the appointment of Sven Graber as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), reporting directly to the CEO.
