easyJet continues to show its trust in SR Technics. The British low cost airline has decided to entrust maintenance of the thrust reversers for its CFM56-5Bs to the Swiss company for a three-year period. It had already extended its partnership agreement with SR Technics Malta and several of its in-line maintenance agreements with the company in Great Britain and Switzerland.
Gary Smith, easyJet's director of Engineering, indicated that the company was "happy to share the solidity of its activity with maintenance companies who are able to meet safety and security requirements as well as easyJet's cost concerns".
