Transavia has chosen to entrust CSAT (Czech Airlines Technics) with the maintenance of its landing gear for a nine-year period. CSAT will look after the landing gear and components for the 737-700s and -800s of Transavia Netherlands and Transavia France and will supply spare sets when necessary.

The President of Czech Aeroholding, Václav Řehoř, stated that he was delighted with this new contract won and specified that "over the nine years of the contract, CSAT will carry out the full servicing of at least 96 sets of landing gear". The MRO company currently has four sets of spare 737 gear, with three for NG variants: "buying this fourth set is the first major investment made by CSAT this year. [...] The demand for landing gear repair for 737 NGs is currently growing. CSAT has three lines dedicated to this activity, providing it with the company for thirty services per year on 737s - with 28 days' work on each set.

Transavia France is now a new customer for CSAT. The CSA subsidiary emphasised that it will lease gear to ensure continuity of operations during planned maintenance on the landing gear of its nineteen 737-800. Transavia Netherlands has extended the agreement to remove and install landing gear in the context of in-line maintenance services. The agreement covers 32 planes.

Air France Industries KLM E&M had not taken part in the tender process as it does not provide this type of service on 737NGs.
