ST Aerospace has published its activity report for the first quarter of 2017. The Singaporean company is announcing that it has redelivered 836 aircraft to their customers after airframe maintenance and modification work. It also handled 11 021 components, 65 landing gears and 38 engines and washed 2 292 engines.

The quarter provided the opportunity to secure contracts worth 787 million dollars (US), notably in the areas of logistics and military support.

In addition, the Guangzhou installations have been expanded with a new hangar, which has doubled its capacities and the construction of a new installation for manufacturing composite panels has been launched in Kodersdorf (as part of its joint-venture with Airbus, Elbe Flugzeugwerke).
