Etihad Airways Engineering has announced that it has won a contract with Air Tahiti Nui to perform 9 major checks (C-checks) for their A340-300 fleet. The contract is already in effect and extends up to the end of 2019. Air Tahiti Nui's A340 fleet will be fully replaced by 787-9s by the summer of 2019.
