The New Avionics Project is the first Cross Programme Product Line project managed within Airbus Commercial.
It aims at developing two avionic bricks (Integrated Flight Control System (IFCS) , NewFlight Management System (nFMS)) following the DDMS Product Line approach (global optimization vs local one) with potential application to Airbus aircraft families and any future new Airbus Aircraft and minimising the impact on each Programme eco-system (industrial system, customers?.).
It is a project delivering value to Airbus across all Airbus Programs
The job holder is integrated in the Project Management Business Partner (PMBP) central team of the New Avionics product line project.
Steers the New Avionics Product Line Risk & Opportunity management
Steers the New Avionics Product Line Interdependencies management
Ensure a proper New Avionics internal communication
Manage the New Avionics Plateau set-up
Be the New Avionics Plateau Health & Safety focal point
?Report on progress during the the different forums and status (Weekly, PRM, monthly Dashboard )
Deploy Project Management practices using Methods, Processes & Tools in compliance with Airbus ways of working.
Promote digitalisation (tools, way of working) and Agile methods
