Job Summary
The jobholder occupies a role in the NAVBLUE Customer Fulfillment / Delivery Management organization.
The jobholder is responsible to manage execution of a set of projects worldwide and has to ensure commitments are met in terms of time, quality and budget.

Main responsibilities
Interfacing with the customers and understanding business needs and deliverables from
various flight operation and training perspectives.
Managing / Interfacing with a broad project team (pilots, flight ops engineers, instructors): Project coordination, execution and follow up
Supporting sales and support teams to promote solutions offered by the Services Delivery team
Supporting product managers and product owners in sharing its experience and knowledge to enhance the solutions offered by the Services Delivery team.
Education
Engineer of Master degree in aeronautics or software engineering
Experience
Experience in the aviation industry (5 years)
Such a background could be:
Worked for an OEM with experience in customer service
Worked for an airline, service provider in the operation, training or equivalent department (ops engineering, fuel and flight efficiency)
Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities & Competencies

Strongly focused and self-motivated to overcome challenges
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to interact with different hierarchies at the airline level
Ability to deliver on time and on quality
