Tallinn-based Magnetic MRO offers its customers temporary cabin modifications adapted to the transport of medical goods in passenger cabin aircraft.

Developed by its own DOA (EASA Part 21J), the two types of modification are authorized by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). The first modification solution is made by leaving the rows of seats in place, cargo boxes fixed on them with special straps. The second solution allows the removal of up to all of the seats (0 PAX LOPA), resulting in a change in the type of operations.

"Being able to support both options allowed by EASA, our team can offer prompt support so airlines can continue to operate and contribute to their countries during this difficult time," said Vytis Petrusevicius, Head of Design Organisation at Magnetic MRO.

The Estonian MRO company specifies that it also holds STCs to install medical stretchers on different aircraft platforms, including the A320 family, the 737-800, the 747-400, the 777-300 (picture) and the ATR family.
