Safran Landing Systems wins a new MRO contract for easyJet's A320 family fleet

EasyJet has picked Safran Landing Systems again to maintain for its A320 family fleet. This new contract provides a three and a half-year extension to the previous contract of the same type which was signed in 2017.

The Safran group subsidiary which specialises in landing gear and carbon brakes will carry out maintenance and overhaul on 68 landing gears over a period between January 2020 and June 2023. The maintenance operations will be carried out by Safran Landing Systems MRO facility at Gloucester (United Kingdom).

Safran Landing Systems provides eight repair centres to airlines across Europe, Asia and on the American continent for their landing gears. Its support network also features repair stations for their wheels and brakes, as well as for the systems and equipment provided with landing gears.
