S7 Technics announces that it has signed a consignment stock agreement with Satair. This strategic partnership will broaden the scope of maintenance capabilities of the Russian MRO company.

More specifically, this agreement covers the exclusive distribution of over 350 part numbers from a number of suppliers over a five-year period and constitutes the first of its kind between Satair and customers in Russia and the CIS region. This agreement also opens the way for other projects of cooperation between S7 Technics and Satair for the next few years.

"At Satair we are very excited to expand our long-standing business relationship with S7 Technics by offering a consignment stock solution. The agreement embodies an important milestone in customizing services towards customers and strengthening our presence in the region" said Terry Stone, general manager and head of sales and support for Satair's EMEA region in a press release.

As a reminder, S7 Technics has three heavy maintenance centers located at Moscow (DME), Novosibirsk (OVB) and Mineralnye Vody (MRV) airports, as well as several line maintenance stations spread across Russia.

It carries out more than 110 heavy maintenance checks per year as well as more than a thousand A-checks. The MRO company provides services notably to S7 Airlines, airlines of Aeroflot Group and UTair as well as operators from Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
