AFI KLM E&M and GMF AeroAsia have signed a letter of intent to transform their current partnership into a strategic alliance. According to the agreement, some products jointly developed by the two companies will be deployed in the Airframe, Components and Engines products sectors and possibly beyond, consolidating their respective positions in Asia Pacific.
In 2016, AFI KLM E&M and GMF AeroAsia signed a first MoU to lay the foundations of their cooperation. This was followed by a second MoU in April 2017 which extended the relationship between the two groups by implementing an exchange program for their teams of experts.
